An airline changed its rules
Send the airline's name and the address of its page that shows the new size or fee. We read that page, update the airline record, and the new reading date appears on every page that uses it.
What we cannot do
We are not an airline or an airport. We cannot add a bag to a booking, refund a fee, or promise that a gate agent will accept a bag. Please do not send booking references, ticket numbers or personal details.
Using the checker on your own site
Travel guides, schools and community groups can show the bag checker or the fee calculator in an iframe at no cost: see the embed page.
